The terms and conditions apply to the treatments/services carried out in the BLASHY GROUP GmbH and to the purchase of products from the BLASHY GROUP GmbH.

1. Scope
The present General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all of our business relationships with customers.
The purchase contract for a service is concluded with BLASHY GROUP GmbH.
Our terms and conditions apply exclusively. Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer only become part of the contract if and to the extent that we have expressly agreed to their validity. This approval requirement applies in any case, for example even if we carry out our services without reservation in knowledge of the customer's terms and conditions.
2. Allocation of appointments, conclusion of contract, delay of appointment by the customer
The appointments made by e-mail, telephone or online booking are binding for people aged 18 and over.
For persons under the age of 18, the consent of the legal representative is required.
If you are still unable to keep the reserved appointment, we ask you to cancel it at least 24 hours in advance.
If deregisters later or you do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the time reserved for you or the booked treatment. Cancellations can be made by phone (Tel: 044 261 11 66), email (welcome@blashy.ch), or by canceling in the online booking tool (https://lashbarswiss.simplybook.it/v2/).
The duration and scope of treatment depend on the treatment that has been agreed (booked) in advance. If the customer arrives too late for a treatment, it will be shortened accordingly to the remaining time or the treatment steps will be adjusted. Of course, this does not apply if the BLASHY GROUP GmbH is responsible for the delay.
If we are unable to meet an appointment for reasons beyond our control or force majeure, the customer will be informed immediately, provided that the address and contact details provided enable us to contact them promptly. In this case, we are entitled to postpone the appointment at short notice or to withdraw from the contract. Our statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract (booking a service in our online booking tool, simply-book.me) is German.
4. Prices and terms of payment
Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, our current prices agreed at the time of booking shall apply.
The agreed prices are due upon completion of the treatment. In justified cases, appointments can only be accepted after appropriate advance payment.
Payments must be made in cash, EC or all major credit cards upon completion of the treatment.
5. Warranty
Within the treatment, products corresponding to the needs of the respective skin type are used. However, no guarantee can be given regarding tolerability and success. This applies in particular if questions in the preliminary discussion were not answered adequately or truthfully by the customer.
6. Liability
Our liability and that of our employees and vicarious agents for contractual breaches of duty and tort is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply in the event of a breach of an essential contractual obligation, ie an obligation the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract/treatment and on the observance of which the customer relies and may rely. In the event of slight negligence, however, liability is limited to compensation for the foreseeable, typically occurring damage.
The above limitations of liability do not apply to claims arising from the Product Liability Act or other statutory guarantee liability or injury to life, body and health.
